A MOOC: E-Learning and environment design (Peer review for final project

This month, I participated in a MOOC on E-learning and environment design. The reasons why I participate in this MOOC because I keen to develop e-materials for education in Indonesia, especially in foreign language learning. As a participant in that MOOC, we require to create a project for our final project and we have to give feedback for what others have done. I am assigned to give peer feedbacks for three MOOC participants.
Participant 1
She designed a course named Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) Second Language Acquisition. The course is designed for language learners and teachers of languages. Among the e-learning model, she applied ASSURE model in her MOOC. The design is quite complete. She put assignments, discussions, grades, pages, files, syllabus, quizzes, modules, conferences, and collaborations as the menu of the MOOC. This MOOC also lets the students collaborate and engage in the forum provided by the instructor.

Participant 2
The participant 2 used Moodle as the host for her course.
I could not understand the course designed by participant 2 because she used the language other than English which I am not master in. In my opinion, it is okay to use the native language in the course as long as all the participants know that language. Of course, using the English language has more chance to attract participants because many people understand English.

Participant 3
The third participant used google sites to design his course which entitles learning by teaching. His target groups are teachers and students. He uses Hannafin peck design model. He inserts introduction, the basic concept, application of the methods, and review of concepts. My suggestion for this course is to add more interactive space for the students so they could collaborate and check their understanding relates to the topic.
