  Solo, 14 Oktober 2024 – Mahasiswa program Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) kembali mendapatkan pengalaman belajar luar kelas yang berharga. Pada Senin, 14 Oktober 2024, mereka bersama dosen pendamping, Sri Rejeki dan Dhian, mengunjungi beberapa lokasi budaya dan ikon kota Solo untuk mempelajari makanan tradisional serta transportasi lokal. Rombongan memulai kegiatan di Pasar Gede Solo , tempat mereka mencicipi dawet khas Pasar Gede yang terkenal. Para mahasiswa juga melakukan tanya jawab langsung dengan pedagang untuk mempelajari bahan-bahan dan proses pembuatan makanan tradisional khas Indonesia. Selain itu, mereka belajar menggunakan Batik Solo Trans (BST) , sistem transportasi umum kota Solo. Adit dan sakit perutnya  Adit adalah seorang mahasiswa program sarjana psikologi. Adit sangat suka makanan pedas. Suatu hari, dia merasa lapar dan membeli nasi padang dengan sambal yang sangat pedas. Dia makan banyak sambal sampai perutnya mulai terasa tidak nyaman. Tidak lama setelah itu, Adit merasakan sakit perut. Dia merasa tidak nyaman dan sering bolak-balik ke toilet. Adit diare. Dia merasa lemas dan tidak bisa fokus kuliah. Temannya, Ria, melihat Adit tidak enak badan dan segera membawanya ke dokter. Setelah diperiksa, dokter bilang bahwa Adit mengalami masalah pencernaan karena terlalu banyak makan sambal. Dokter memberikan obat dan Adit harus meminumnya tiga kali sehari setelah makan. Adit merasa lega dan berterima kasih kepada Ria karena sudah menemaninya. Dia akan lebih berhati-hati memilih makanan, terutama sambal. Setelah pulang, Adit makan dan minum obatnya. Dia berharap cepat sembuh agar bisa kembali menikmati makanan, tetapi dengan porsi yang lebih sedikit.

Di dalam kamarku, semua barang punya tempat. Di sudut kanan ada meja belajar dengan laptop dan buku-buku. Di sampingnya, ada rak buku berisi novel dan buku referensi. Di dinding kiri, tergantung papan gambar dengan foto-foto teman. Di bawahnya, ada lemari untuk menyimpan pakaian dan sepatu di kotak. Di tengah kamar, ada kasur nyaman dengan selimut biru. Di samping kasur, ada meja samping dengan lampu tidur dan buku bacaan. Di sudut lain, ada kursi untuk bersantai. Dekat pintu, ada tempat sampah kecil. Semua barang di kamarku teratur, jadi mudah untuk menemukan yang aku butuhkan. Kamar ini nyaman untuk belajar dan istirahat.
